55. Payments and Refunds
All fees are payable in advance unless otherwise agreed. Any refund policies advertised for specific services shall apply only to those services and under the conditions stated at the time of purchase. RG Automations reserves the right to refuse refunds where services have already been delivered, completed, or substantially performed.

RG Automations is not responsible for outages, policy changes, account restrictions, suspensions, pricing changes, or actions taken by third-party platforms. All content, materials, frameworks, systems, templates, reports, strategies, documentation, training materials, videos, graphics, and intellectual property provided by RG Automations remain our property unless otherwise stated. To the maximum extent permitted by law, RG Automations shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or business losses including lost profits, lost revenue, loss of customers, or interruption of business operations. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
