All fees are payable in advance unless otherwise agreed. Any refund policies advertised for specific services shall apply only to those services and under the conditions stated at the time of purchase. RG Automations reserves the right to refuse refunds where services have already been delivered, completed, or substantially performed.

Clients agree to: Provide accurate information, comply with applicable laws and regulations, obtain necessary customer permissions before sending marketing communications, and use automation systems responsibly and ethically. Clients remain solely responsible for all messages, campaigns, customer communications, and business decisions implemented using our recommendations or systems.

Our services may integrate with third-party platforms including WhatsApp, Meta, AiSensy, CRM providers, payment providers, and other software tools. RG Automations is not responsible for outages, policy changes, account restrictions, suspensions, pricing changes, or actions taken by third-party platforms. Use of such services remains subject to the respective third-party terms and policies.

All content, materials, frameworks, systems, templates, reports, strategies, documentation, training materials, videos, graphics, and intellectual property provided by RG Automations remain our property unless otherwise stated. Clients may not copy, resell, distribute, or reproduce our materials without written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RG Automations shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or business losses including lost profits, lost revenue, loss of customers, or interruption of business operations. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

While we strive to provide effective systems and recommendations, we do not guarantee: revenue increases, customer retention improvements, lead generation results, platform approval, marketing performance, or specific business outcomes. Success depends on multiple factors outside our control.

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our website and services, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in our Privacy Policy.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our services if a user violates these Terms of Service or engages in unlawful, abusive, or harmful conduct.
