Refund Policy

We stand behind the value of our Revenue Strategy Session.

If:

• You attend the full scheduled session
• Arrive on time
• Participate in good faith
• Feel the session did not provide meaningful value for your business

You may request a 50% refund (₹222) within 7 days of the session.

This policy exists to ensure fairness for both parties, as significant time, preparation, and expertise are invested into each personalized strategy session.

Refund requests will be reviewed and processed within a reasonable timeframe. No refunds will be issued for missed appointments, no-shows, or sessions that are not attended in full.

Refunds will not be provided if:

• You fail to attend the scheduled session
• You cancel after the session has started
• You provide incorrect booking information
• You miss the session without prior notice

Payments made for consulting, implementation, automation setup, WhatsApp systems, custom development, strategy projects, or any done-for-you services are generally non-refundable once work has commenced.

This includes:

• Research
• Planning
• Automation setup
• Campaign creation
• Technical implementation
• Custom integrations
• Consulting hours delivered

RG Automations does not guarantee specific business outcomes, including:

• Revenue increases
• Customer retention improvements
• Order volume growth
• Marketing performance
• Return on investment

Business results depend on multiple factors beyond our control, including implementation, operations, customer behavior, market conditions, and platform policies.
